Happy New Year
Sama seperti hari hari biasa, dimana pergantian tahun ini tidak memberikan begitu banyak arti untuk seorang suri, yang ada adalah pergantian tahun yaitu 2010. Tidak ada rencana khusus yg kupersiapkan untuk menyambut pergantian thn kali ini, bisa di bilang, sejak tahun 2006, selama saya berada di Kuala Lumpur, saya tidak pernah keluar di malam thn baru. ah sudahlah, omongan tidak penting ini lebih baik kita akhiri saja.hehe…anyway. Happy New Year! all the best ajah for the coming year

Ikhsan Dan Kendaraan Anehnya.
Ikhsan telah menciptakan suatu kendaraan nyaman yg dia gunakan untuk berpindah dr satu ruangan ke ruangan lainnya, dy meletakkan kusyen2 di atas sakteboardnya yg kemudian dia dorang dgn menggunakan kaki, atau bahkan dia menyuruh via, adikku yg ke 3, untuk mendorongnnya, haha…ikhsan oh ikhsan..ada2 saja…(ngemeng2 senyumnya Ikhsan a bit scary ih) hahaha…

Alfiah yang aneh..hehe
Sudah beberapa kali saya menyarankan untuk memotong rambut panjangnya adikku yg bernama Alfiah Ainun Zariah. Tapi abah gak pernah meng-iyakan.huff…padahal rambutnya bisa dibilang sangat panjang dan itu sangat tidak cocok dengan postur tubuhnya yg agak kurus (sorry pi..hehe). Dan sampai pada suatu hari, Abah mengizinkan kami untuk membawa pia ke salon dan memotong rambutnya (huahaha). walopun agak sedikit berat n sayang, tp apa mau dikata, rambut panjangnya hanya menakuti kamu di malam hari. Malam setelah adikku potong rambut, tiba2 saja dia demam tinggi, terang kami sekeluarga heran, kenapa? haha..Alfiah, apa karena rambutnya dipotong? huhuhu..ada2 sajah, dan Alhamdulillah, ke esokkan harinya Alfiah Ainun Zariah kembali sehat wal afiat. humnn…Alfiah yg aneh…

Im going Home.(again?!)?
Untuk yang ke tiga kalinya dalam tahun ini saya balik lagi ke Indonesia tercinta, tepatnya Tarakan. huhuy. Agak Bingung, dengan cara apa saya menghabiskan3 minggu ini.Gosh. but im planning to have a job if possible. Now im in KL central, waiting for the SkyBus to Lcct with Zahrin (thanx to him). the bus will be going only at 2.30am. waktuuu…cepatlah berlalu….ups. tiba2 ada Bapak Security ” maaf dik, nak bersihkan lantai dulu” erghh (di usir). padalah ni lantai dah mengkilat. humnnnn

Creative CV wanna be
Hellow.
its been a long time i didn’t work on Photoshop huff. last week, my sister called me to make a CV for her i was in my exam week and it was a bit rushing. i said to her that it’s impossible for me to have her the CV on just around 3 days. She was busy too. come on. i don’t have time for that. But, i was a bit curios on how CV can be creative?? i thought CV could be the formal thing only.then i try to find out on Google. and here we go.done. what do you think??

Sometimes people mistake thirst and hunger, so instead of always choosing food to provide that feeling of fullness, there are some common sense beverage choices that can help with satiety, so it’s easier to stay on track with your weight loss program.”
Choose functional water beverages over “energy” drinks.” Most so-called energy drinks actually have a dehydrating effect on the body because they’re full of caffeine. They have very little nutritional value and, when mixed with alcohol, can be hard on the central nervous system. Instead, opt for functional beverages, like Vitamin Water from Glacéau, that rehydrate and provide important nutrients, without artificial dyes, sweeteners, or caffeine.”
Water, Water, Water! “Water is absolutely essential for life and good health. Every day we lose water through normal bodily functions, exercise and environmental factors. Since every organ and system in our body requires water to function properly, drinking water should be a priority for all of us. So, how much is enough? Most dieticians recommend 8-12 cups of fluids daily to stay well hydrated (caffeinated beverages don’t count!). If you don’t like the taste of plain water, add a splash of lemon or other fruit juice for a flavor boost.”

Don’t wait until you are thirsty to have a drink, says Torkos. Rather, keep a container of water handy at all times and enjoy. “Supplying your body with the hydrating and nutrient-rich fluids it needs will enable you to enjoy the best of the summer and fall seasons.

Dah lama banget gak ngupdate niy blog, houfff…what a life ya! sudah banyak kisah2 yang terlewatkan dan tidak sempat kusiratkan diblog ini. secara, akunya ga ada waktu lagi buat online2 kya dlu lagi, selain itu, kisah-kisah hidup ini cukup panjang untuk aku tuangkan ke blog ini…lagi-lagi…what a LIFE…(lebay). anyway, besok kita sudah memasuki bulan Ramadhan, smoga nikmat dan barokah yang melimpah tercurah buat kita smua di bulan yang sudah kita tunggu-tunggu ini…selamat berpuasa untuk semua umat Muslim
